Where Winds Meet’s Hutuo region is scheduled for November 13, 2026, alongside its first global anniversary update.

The dates announced so far
Publishing lead Eric Zheng sets out the schedule in the official PlayStation Blog reveal:
- November 2: First Anniversary Special Broadcast.
- November 13: Hutuo and the anniversary update, including Horse Racing Chess and Jianghu Tactics.
- Late November: Dual Spears Martial Art, choreographed by Yuen Woo-ping. An exact day is not given.
Our suggestion for returning players is to use the broadcast as the next information checkpoint. If a particular feature is your main reason to return, match your plans to its announced window instead of expecting everything on the first date.
What is Hutuo?
The reveal describes a war-torn frontier and a narrative centered on Zhongdu Bridge, displaced civilians and conflicting loyalties. That makes the new region the story focus of this announcement. We are leaving plot outcomes out of this explanation.
What is announced for PlayStation?
The publisher describes enhanced PSSR and ray-traced reflections on PS5 Pro, a 60 FPS target stated as stable in its reveal, DualSense features and streaming optimizations.
Those are developer claims, not independent performance measurements. They do not establish how every battle, display setting or standard PS5 configuration will perform. For an upgrade decision, wait for released-game comparisons that match the console and mode you actually use.
What should players check next?
Before scheduling a group return, check the final update details for your platform, maintenance times and any access conditions. The cited reveal does not provide a complete download-and-maintenance schedule.
